Labor Minister says 18 Russians apply for 10 jobs
MOSCOW, Jun 2 (PRIME) -- The Russian labor market is very tense with 18 applicants for each 10 jobs, Labor and Social Protection Minister Anton Kotyakov said at a meeting with the Federation Council, parliament's supreme chamber, on Tuesday.
"Job seekers are in a tough situation now, the labor market’s tension coefficient is 1.8, which means that there are 18 applicants per 10 jobs," Kotyakov said.
